Yes, I would place the emerald earrings in the definite category Dave. Some time ago on the RJWMB I posted about the emerald drops Mrs Greville wore on her head/forehead to the Devonshire House ball in 1897. I believe that they are the same drops used in the earrings worn by QEQM.
