According to Bernard Morel, Les joyaux de la Couronne de France , 1988, the buyers of the coronets at the infamous sale of 1887 were:
-Turquoise coronet: sold to Mr. Lépée-Esmelin (a Paris-based jeweller) for 22 100 francs
-Sapphire coronet: sold to Messrs. Boin and Aucoc (jewellers) for 31 600 francs
-Pearl coronet: sold to Sir Ogden Goelet (an American Millionaire) for 38 000 francs
-Ruby coronet: sold to Mr. Guillemin (probably one of two brothers, heirs to a dynasty of Parisian jewellers) for 104 000 francs
Morel doesn't seem to know the fate of these jewels after the sale. The jewellers bidding in 1887 may have been acting on behalf of private customers.
I doubt that any of the coronets have survived, since none of them has surfaced since 1887.
Maybe Vincent Meylan or other posters will know more about that.
