It is the brooch in this entry https://www.rct.uk/collection/4834/brooch-of-victoria-princess-royal
In a PDF on one of the Royal Collection's online exhibitions (I think it was on Albert and Victoria) the Royal Collection said that the Empress left the brooch to the Crown, so it is possible that she may have left other jewels to the crown or to individual relatives in the British royal family.
Thank you both for your ideas!
The bracelet seen on the Wrightson portrait puzzled me for two reasons: the four rows of gems are diamonds, and the miniature doesn’t seem either square or round, but sort of oval.
At least it wasn’t a buckle of the William IV ‘Family Order’, as J.-F. noted.
Upon closer inspection, I think that the third pair of buckles could well be a match, though I still struggle to see the five petals of the jewelled frame.
The story of the bracelets is quite interesting, and I wonder if the second one could have joined the Royal Collection despite Q.V.´s intention to bequeath it to her daughter.
To add to the mystery, all the bracelets seen in these pictures look very much alike. The construction of the attachment for the buckles/centerpiece is always the same: two clasps of gold at the ends of the diamond bands. The other ends of these clasps can be seen on the miniature of Prince Albert, and on the floral buckles.
Have we seen any of Queen Mary’s successors with these diamond bracelets? I think Queen Elizabeth wore the pearl bracelets with the William IV buckles.
