Some lucky people will get to see it!
I noticed that the writer states that Prince Albert designed the tiara in 1840 and gave it to Queen Victoria in 1842.
Does anyone know what evidence there is for that? I don't think that the Royal Collection curators have ever stated that. Queen Victoria does not seem to have mentioned it in her journals. As far as I am aware the only evidence for dating the tiara is from Winterhalter's painting which is dated September 1842.
