At some Greek Royal Events, I've seen Princess Margarita wearing a similar coronet-style tiara, with what seems like three-pronged leaf elements on top of a diamond base (not dissimilar to some Spanish Ducal Coronets)! I wonder if this is a different version of the Edinburgh Ruby Parure, or a different piece altogether! Maybe it burned down in the 1963 fire?
