In the catalogue the Niarchos diamond is simply described as a magnificent pear shaped diamond of 128 carats, but it was set as a pendant to a necklace in the exhibition.
The Cape Town Diamond Museum has this entry about the diamond. All three stones were purchased by S Niarchos.
