It is not "silly" at all Isabelle. It is (by Cullinan standards) quite small.
Here is a list of their carat weights
- I 530.2 carats – pear cut - set in the Scepter with the Cross
- II 317.4 carats – rectangular cushion cut - set in the Imperial State Crown
- III 94.4 carats – pear cut - lower portion of brooch (with Cullinan VI)
- IV 63.6 carats – square cushion cut - upper portion of brooch (with Cullinan III)
- V 18.8 carats – heart cut - set in a brooch
- VI 11.5 carats – marquise cut - lower portion of brooch (with Cullinan VIII)
- VII 8.8 carats – marquise cut - hangs as a pendant of the Delhi Durbar Necklace
- VIII 6.8 carats – upper portion of brooch (with Cullinan VI)
- IX 4.4 carats – pendeloque cut - set in a ring
