My dear Beth, I think it is this photo.
Very best regards,

When George V and Queen Mary visited Edinburgh in July 1911 as part of their coronation tours, they opened Usher Hall. The Corporation of Edinburgh presented Queen Mary with a diamond and emerald pendant featuring a thistle.
I initially posted some cuttings about this in 2016.
Below are 2 cuttings
Those reports are in hindsight somewhat misleading now that I have found a clearer description of the pendant as well as an image.
I am now wondering if this pendant might be the pendant or brooch which some one posted about some time ago? I have in the back of my mind that it was J-F, but I cannot find any relevant posts. I recollect that one of the photos (which came from the royal collection) showed Queen Mary on a lake.
Or am I totally confused? Apologies but I did not make a copy of the photos I am thinking of.
