Nizam of Hyderabad elements

Question for the board members. I was intrigued to read that QE2 had dawn two of her smaller Nizam of Hyderabad rose elements on the 04th of July at a farm in Edinburgh. I contend that if HM still has all the elements intact it means she can easily reconfigure a tiara for these elements especially if she retains the frame from the original tiara. So I am basically saying the Nizam of Hyderabad tiara still can be counted as one of the tiaras within HM's tiara collection. Do you guys feel these pieces could be as was done for the countess of Wessex's wedding tiara and be worn by one of the future royal women? I for one would be happy to see the return of this particular tiara even if its reconfigured.
