In June 2001 Christie's auctioned an important pearl parure which had initially belonged to Hannah de Rothschild, Countess of Rosebery.

Christie's did not reveal the name of the seller, stating only that the jewels belonged to a private collection, although in a pre-auction press release it did highlight the connection to Hannah de Rothschild. https://www.christies.com/about-us/press-archive/details?PressReleaseID=4751&lid=1&mob-is-app=false
When Hannah de Rothschild married the Earl of Rosebery in 1878 the pearl bracelet and brooch were listed with other gifts given to her by Lord Rosebery. But the tiara wasn't, indicating that it was a later addition to the suite.
The parure
To date I haven't found references to Hannah de Rothschild wearing this parure. When the press described her at grand functions, her jewels were rarely mentioned, and when they were she was wearing diamonds or rubies.
After Hannah de Rothschild died in 1890 the jewels (along with all her other property) were willed to her husband.
It wasn't until Hannah's son, then referred to as Lord Dalmeny, married Dorothy Grosvenor in 1909 that the jewels were again described in the press. Along with other major pieces they were said to be the gift of Lord Rosebery to his new daughter-in-law.
After WWI Lord and Lady Dalmeny divorced, and in 1924 he married Eva, Lady Belper. It then became apparent that the jewels given by Lord Rosebery to Dorothy Grosvenor were considered to be family jewels as they were next worn by the new Lady Dalmeny.
For the Liberal ball in early 1934 Eva, by then Lady Rosebery, was photographed wearing the 3 strand diamond necklace and what looks like the bracelet as a bandeau.
The press described her jewels as

In 1938 Eva, Lady Rosebery was photographed wearing the tiara without the drop pearl uprights.
According to Christie's the parure was not sold until the 2011 auction. The press release stated that the parure descended through various branches of the family. Nevertheless, visual evidence shows that at one stage the parure, along with the three strand necklace, belonged to the Duke of Westminster.
It would appear that, even though the Duchess is wearing the necklace with 2 strands, it is the Rosebery necklace, without the lower strand.

The section where the 3 strands join matches the descriptions given in 1878 and 1909. On her site Ursula has a photograph showing the necklace (as a Westminster jewel) with the 3 strands.

This 3 strand necklace was not auctioned in 2011 and so far none of the various jewellery sites have made a connection between it and Hannah de Rothschild.
