Below are sketches of the gifts from the Czar and Empress of Russia and the then Czarevitch, later Emperor Nicholas.

Emperor and Empress. I have no idea what this bracelet would look like in reality.

The sketch of the gift from Nicholas indicates that it is the small emerald brooch which Queen Elizabeth II wore on her sash at the Irish State banquet.

I think that someone on the RJWMB made the connection between this brooch and Czar Nicholas, but I cannot find the thread.
