UPDATE- Vincent Meylan has confirmed that my intuition was correct, and that 'The tiara, a diamond bandeau, is also coming from the bride’s mother’s family. It was worn as a necklace by her aunt, archduchess Isabelle d’Autriche Este on her own wedding day.'
