I suspect that the jewels are long gone as the Marquis went bankrupt (after Charlotte had died) but interestingly he went on to marry twice afterwards and died in Monte Carlo the infamous home of tax evaders.

It is definitely a grand fringe Dave.
Unfortunately, I have never collected any information on the Marchioness or the family jewels.
I rather like the plaque in her pearl choker.
