I don't know if the tiara is a reset Antrim jewel, although its somewhat peculiar shape might indicate that it is in fact a composite of older parts. Lady Helen Stewart's great grandmother, Lady Frances Anne Vane-Tempest (1800–1865), wife of the 3rd Marquess of Londonderry, was painted in 1831 with some very impressive diamond jewels which would easily have provided enough material to be remodeled into a lavish diamond suite in 1902.
Lady Frances Anne Vane-Tempest was the daughter of Anne Katherine Mac Donnell, 2nd Countess of Antrim in her own right (1778–1834), herself the daughter of Sir Randal William Mac Donnell, 1st Earl of Antrim (1749–1791)
So the 1st Countess of Antrim, Sir Randal's wife, was in fact Lady Helen Stewart's great-great-great-grandmother.
