Alicia Knatchbull-Hugessen, the daughter of the first Baron Brabourne, married Bernard Clive Pearson the younger son of the first Viscount Cowdray in 1915.
According to the media she wore a floral wreath under her veil for her wedding, although it seems to me that she might also have worn a tiara. As I could not find a list of the wedding gifts, I am not sure when the tiara was acquired.
The Clive Pearsons were prominent in society, their famous house, Parham House (https://www.parhaminsussex.co.uk/ ) being a centre for entertaining and charitable events over the years. Despite being mentioned in the press frequently, I haven't found photos of Alicia Pearson wearing grand jewels, but the tiara and bracelet auctioned by Bonhams prove that she had substantial jewels, which would be expected for a member of the Cowdray family.
