My apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately I have not been able to read the board until now.
I will send an email to the Boardhost support system, but I doubt if I will get a reply.
These are the reasons why I suspect I will not get a reply.
(1) Some time ago a new member to the board asked why the system was not working and I sent an inquiry to Boardhost. I didn't get a reply.
(2) I suspect that the company does not reply to queries to their support system as, just before Christmas, I sent a message asking for help as the system would not accept my payment for this board to continue with the format it currently has. There was no response to that message. It took me several days of trying to process the payment -- yet, there was no help or assistance from Boardhost. If a company is not willing to reply to queries regarding a glitch in their payment system, then I suspect they are not answering any inquiries.
I apologise Maria Olivia, and also to others who are having difficulties, but this is one facet of the board which is outside any action I can take.
