First of all, a hugely Thank you to you dear amazing and tolerant Beth. For taking the time and effort to help me posting theese pictures. That I so much whant to share with all of your fantastic board members.
IT just happened, that my very good friend and I, went on a very spontanious trip to London to celebrate the Newe Year 2020. And we went to some amazing museums.
First we went to the Victoria & Albert museum and into the treasury of the Bollinger room. Here we saw the amazing sapphire diadem of queen Victoria. Its is very beautiful in real life, small but not thaaat small. It is centeret ind the middle of the room on the ground floor in a quite big glass box. And with a mirror behind it so we can see all the details. The colors and the craftmanship is amazing and breathtaking.
On picture nr. 3. You can really see the sections and how that it is easy transformed and moveble.
Its My 2 Time I go to this room. I also went twice to the old treasury room many years ago. But this newer one is stunning.
And all the other jewelry in this room... OMG... It must be what heaven is for People like us...
Our fellow poster, Kasper has very kindly forwarded some photos for us to enjoy.
The first images are of Queen Victoria's sapphire tiara.

I would love to hear your impressions of seeing this in real life Kasper!
Were the sections which allow the tiara to move visible to the naked eye?
