Can any one identify all the ladies and their tiaras as shown in this photo of a charity ball held in Brussels in February 1927?

Sadly this is a very poor photo of Queen Astrid's tiara in its original configuration.

What tiara is Queen Marie Jose wearing?

And who are the other ladies?
