King Edward VII's Daughter, HRH The Princess Victoria, is pictured in formal attire wearing the Order of Victoria and Albert on the white sash and the Crown of India on a shoulder bow (but significantly no Family Order of Edward VII. So was this portrait taken around the time of the State Opening of Parliament 1901 in 1902?
