If I understood the thread below correctly, this is the necklace which OmerH initially posted about.

OmerH posted these images, and suggested that the large central element (which was also worn as a brooch) plus the diamond pendant to this section of the necklace was the brooch/es Queen Alexandra wore just below her waist line at the 1901 Opening of Parliament.
