This necklace must have been given to Duke of Kent.

According to the press Princess Louise, Duchess of Argyll was not present at the actual coronation ceremony. She was still alive and attended the Royal Caledonian Ball some days after. Perhaps at her age she found the idea of sitting in a cold church for a long period of time too daunting.
The press noted well before the ceremony that Princess Louise was lending her coronet and robes to Princess Marina, Duchess of Kent.

11 May 1937 (day before the coronation)
I don't know if Princess Louise had a diamond riviere, but I presume she would have. But what did it look like? Has anyone got an image?
I wondered if the longer diamond necklace Princess Marina wore to the coronation might have been lent to her by her sister, Princess Olga of Yugoslavia?
Princess Marina dressed for the 1937 coronation.
At the coronation Princess Olga wore the Greek ruby parure.

So, if Princess Olga was not wearing her mid length riviere, it was possible she lent it to her sister.
On the following day Princess Olga attended a coronation ball in London and was photographed wearing it.
I cannot decide whether the longer length necklace worn by Princess Marina to the coronation is the same as the one worn by her sister, Princess Olga.
Below is a rough comparison I made.
