Thank to posters on the Royal Jewels of the World Message Board, particularly Baxter, for sharing research on these 3 strand pearl necklaces, we know that Queen Elizabeth II has on least 7 different three strand pearl necklaces.

(To be honest, I am not sure that three strand pearl necklace with a diamond and pearl clasp on this particular three strand necklace shown in the Kelly book is not the one worn with Pope Jean-Paul II but the one worn at the Festival of remembrance in 2013).
I now think that QEII has another one (huge) 3 strand pearls necklaces with huge pearls.
Further to my conversation with Beth (as I could not post the photos) we do not think that this necklace is the Queen Victoria's Two Strand Pearl Necklace with Ruby Clasp with a longer pearl necklace. As a matter of fact, we know that QEQM kept the two strand pearl necklace with the ruby clasp until her death and the photos seem to be taken before the death of QEQM.
