Here is are colored picture of the 1987 wedding, you can clearly see pearls on top the tiara, could be the same tiara !

I wonder if the tiara is the same one worn by the groom's mother, Tracy Ward, Duchess of Beaufort, at her wedding in 1987?
It is very hard to tell as the 1987 photos are not very sharp, and the hairstyle and veil obscure part of the tiara.
