Since the images show her as Vicereine the item could be a native object not a western style jewel.

could the ruby ornament shown in the hi res image posted above https://mb.boardhost.com/historyroyaljewels/msg/1603404998.html could it be the same as in image 7 next to the order of the crown of India https://mb.boardhost.com/historyroyaljewels/msg/1603396974.html. It’s not my idea of clasp. It could be filigree with three rubies. If they are diamonds they must be very tiny.
