Cheers,
Dave.
The only will which I have read about which contains information about jewels is that of Mary Curzon.
The clue to what happened to some of her jewels is contained in that will where she directed that her Boucheron tiara, a tiara made by the Goldsmith's Co, her diamond necklace and the pearls were to be held in trust for her eldest son and if none, then for her daughters.
The jewels given to her by her father-in-law were for her eldest son and if none they were to follow the title of Curzon of Kedleston.
Her rubies etc she left to her husband.

In his will her husband (later Marquess of Curzon) made mention of the jewels which had been left in trust for Mary Curzon's daughters.
Part of the will of Marquess of Curzon
Whether these jewels included those Mary Curzon left to her husband (such as her rubies) is not clear to me.
The Marquess of Curzon's mother, as noted by Dave, died in 1875. I could not find any mention of a will by her.
The Marquess of Curzon's grandmother, Sophia Curzon died in 1890 and left nearly eighteen and a half thousand pounds. I didn't find any mention of jewels in reports of her will.
The Maquess of Curzon's father, Lord Scarsdale died in 1916 and left a larger estate than his son. There is only a very generalised reference to jewellery.
