Some interesting pieces, although I am struck by the number of items where a link to royal/historical figures is attributed without evidence in support.
My personal favourite - a Boucheron necklace from the 1890s adapted from a tiara, which comes with a certificate of authentication.

A tiara allegedly which belonged to the Empress Elisabeth - I doubt this personally (I think the Empress had better jewels than this_ and no evidence is produced.

Some earrings which I think Sotheby's are somewhat improperly trying to imply are the ones owned by Princess Beatrice of Great Britain - their wording "The style of these earclips is remarkably similar..." is quite crass.
