Lady Bertha Dawkins was one of the Queen's long serving ladies, and many photos exist of her accompanying the Queen on routine royal engagements such as visiting institutions and community engagements.
But, so far I have found only two images of Lady Bertha wearing evening jewels.
The diamond choker seen in the photo below reminded me of a 1906 Cartier creation now regularly exhibited at Cartier exhibitions around the world, but of course the two jewels are not the same.

Lady Bertha's choker predates the Cartier one as the photo below was published in 1903, and I suspect that her jewel might have been made by a UK jeweller.
In the 1933 image below, Lady Bertha appears to be wearing a seed pearl choker with fine diamond spacer bars and a largish pendant -- but the quality of the photo is so poor that I admit I am guessing!
Has anyone else ever seen more photos of Lady Bertha wearing evening jewels?
