Do you mean Queen Alexandra’s wedding gift brooch from the Duchess of Cambridge in 1863?
If so, the six-petal diamond flower of this brooch has been worn by Queen Sonja since the early 1970s.
Alexandra wore the diamond flower to Queen Maud’s wedding in 1896, but without the diamond leaves and the emerald buds (they have probably always been removable from the flower). The squared emerald in the flower was later removed, probably by Alexandra.
The whereabouts of the diamond leaves and the four squared emeralds are unknown (as far as I know), but the six-petal diamond flower is part of the NRF collection.
