When searching for information about it I were able to read some Norwegian newspaper articles, but they were very "vague" when it came to the glittering part, which is rather frustrating. However, I did come across an illustration published from the State Banquet held on the second day of the visit:
I think it is safe to say that Queen Alexandra wore George IV's State Diadem for this occasion and that the Princess of Wales (later Queen Mary) wore her Boucheron Loop tiara.
However, the tiara worn by Queen Maud is not very well drawn, at least not in order to identify it 100%. It looks like it was a very tall tiara and I have therefore suggested that it could be the Diamond and Pearl tiara she received from her parents as a wedding gift. Has anybody read anything about the jewels worn for this event? Was it mentioned that Queen Maud wore Pearls as well as diamonds?
