I must say that I am surprised that Boucheron would make 2 identical tiaras.
On a very quick hunt I found this entry in the online versions of Christie's catalogues. It is from June 1992, but alas there is no image available!
But I suspect that this entry refers to the sale of the Wolverton tiara.
