Greville pearl earrings and similar ones owned by Infanta Alicia

When I was looking at RDavid's latest post on the jewels given to Princess Alicia de Bourbon Parma in her corbeille de marriage, I realised that one set of the pearl earrings resembled the Greville pearl earrings worn by Princess Margaret.
