The earliest dates for which I have found photos of Princess Margaret wearing this bracelet are in early 1962.
I think that the bracelet was the one given to her when she launched HMS Hampshire in mid March 1961. A guided missile destroyer, the ship was the first Royal Navy ship which Princess Margaret had launched.

During the luncheon after the launch Lord Aberconway, Chairman of John Brown Shipyard, presented the Princess with a diamond bracelet as a memento.
I suspect that the reason this bracelet is not seen in photographs of Princess Margaret until early 1962 is that during the latter part of 1961 the Princess' public engagements were curtailed because of her pregnancy.
If the bracelet had been a wedding gift, I think that she would have been photographed wearing it during evening engagements at the end of 1960 and early in 1961.
