I wonder if QEQM was wearing the marquise diamond which she was given in South Africa as a pendant?

By this date, 18 December 1952 she had lost access to the jewels left to the Crown and so no longer had access to the Lahore drop diamond. I noticed that HM was also wearing the Greville pear drop diamond earrings.

Any guesses about the brooch which we can catch a glimpse of?
