I've been curious about her necklace too, and while writing this reply, I think I've figured it out!

This is the clearest picture I could find and it is quite intriguing! She wore the sapphire tiara from her own family as a necklace at her elder son's wedding , and this necklace looks quite like a diamond tiara the family also own, so it could very well be the same piece!
