Thanks mauriz, I wonder if the diamonds are still in the possession of the present Aga Khan IV. They the diamonds are so profound even in a black and white picture.

It’s Cleope Teresa Magliano (1888–1926), a former ballerina of the Opera of Monte Carlo and second wife of Aga Khan III. She’s the mother of Prince Aly Khan and grandmother of the current Aga Khan IV.
