As for Princess Astrid's jewellery, it is an interesting topic indeed. The photo with the velvet band choker was, as Knightship say in the reply, taken at the Gala Performance held in connection with the Spanish State Visit in 1984. Pinned to her dress she is wearing the Breast Star of the Spanish Order of Isabel the Catholic which both she and her husband (and at that time Crown Princess Sonja) received at the beginning of this visit.
Unfortunately I do not know anything about the choker or the diamond element on it.
I tried to write an entry about this visit on my blog and if you are interested I will add the link to follow should you want to have a peek. I would be very happy for any feedback on it:

As for the second photo Princess Astrid is indeed wearing a Turquoise choker. I have seen a photograph in colour (though of not very good quality), so it is definitely Turquoises. As you say, it also makes sense as she is wearing Queen Maud's Turquoise tiara. Not only that, but she is also wearing the not so often seen large Turquoise corsage pinned to the turquoise coloured top of her gown.
The photo was taken at the State Banquet hosted by King Olav V in 1973 for his young guests the Queen of Denmark and Prince Henry during her State Visit to Norway.
Again, I tried to add some information about this first day of the State Visit on my blog here:

Interesting. It was that choker from Maud I guessed it could have been. She used the turquoise tiara, so would not have been a bad match at all.
The other choker, I have no idea. Previous Message
I don’t recognise the choker in the first photo, but it is from a State visit by King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia of Spain in March 1984.
The brooch looks like her husband’s badge (Spanish?), only hidden by part of her sleeve.
I have never seen the second photo before, but I wonder if Princess Astrid wore Queen Maud's diamond and turquoise choker?
Maud's choker in Gertrude Massey's miniature from 1906 is too generic, but it indicates diamonds and turquoise - like the choker Maud wore in a photo series by Karl Anderson in 1909:
Calle Ferner’s wife wore a seven-strand diamond choker in May 2017.
“Definitely antique diamonds” by a source I have who attended the dinner, but I don’t think it is the same choker Astrid wore.

I came across a couple of interesting photos of Princess Astrid, Mrs. Ferner (of Norway) a while ago. I have never noticed that she has used chokers. But found some old pictures where it is clear that she has. The first picture shows her with a velvet choker and a large diamond brooch attached to it. Very interesting. I have not seen this piece of jewelry before. And can not identify the "brooch". The second one is very interesting too. That is Princess Astrid with a choker. It does not look like seed pearls, but of course, the quality of the photo is very bad, but it looks more "blingy" to me. Could it be one of the many diamond chokers of Queen Maud? A source told me that the chokers still exists, but due to fragileness and difficulty to wear them, they never do. In 2017, however, one of the Princess' daughter in laws (wife of Calle Ferner) wore a choker for the joint 80th celebrations of King Harald and Queen Sonja, it could also be an opportunity.
