In Dressing the Queen Angela Kelly included photos of 2 jewelled hat pins worn by Queen Elizabeth. Kelly noted that most of the hat pins worn by QEII are custom made by her staff.
The jewelled hat pins are these
Kelly's remarks appear to refer to what the Queen wears currently, not what she wore as a young woman, when it is apparent that she wore a number of jewelled hat pins.
