Re: Prussian Ruby Parure
No it isn't on display there. Was there 2 weeks ago and haven't seen them there. But the meander tiara and the Clover Coronet are on there in display.
RDavid has written about the Prussian Ruby Parure on The Royal Watcher today, HERE , to mark the 135th Anniversary of the Birth of Crown Princess Cecilie of Prussia, and made an exciting discovery!
While the popular theory about the Parure had been that it had been either lost or sold after the Second World War, it appears that at least the necklace of the Parure is on display at Burg Hohenzollern, which is owned by the Prince of Prussia. If they still have this piece then who knows how much of their former collection they still have in their possession but is not publicly known!
