Well that's not right. I was at the V&A yesterday for the Faberge exhibition and I went to the Jewellery Room before where they keep the Sapphire Coronet.
Pretty sure they said Albert designed it.
**Also, they've come into possession of the matching Sapphire bracelet that Princess Mary wore with the Coronet, but they didn't say whether it was part of a set:
