Could it be two diamonds of the Nine Province tiara ? Sorry the State Visit to Italy was cancelled for Queen Mathilde.

Crown Princess Elsabeth has for the first time worn these diamond earrings that belong to her mother, Queen Mathilde, at the royal Christmas concert in Brussels.

And Princess Maria Laura of Belgium shows her engagement ring. She lives in London with her fiancé William Isvy. the couple plan on getting married in Brussels in the second half of 2022.
