QEII & Princess Margaret. Pendants unknown to me

I don't recollect the pendants worn by Queen Elizabeth II and Princess Margaret having been discussed previously.

Has anyone got any information?

When I saw the first photo from the Royal Collection site, I thought that QEII was wearing a brooch. But the second photo shows that the jewel is a pendant and that, in the first photo, the pendant got caught by a bow on her dress.
