Didn't one of the tiaras of the Queen break when she was on the way to that Fanfare Event and was in the last moment loaned a tiara by Earl Plunket or so. but we don't know which tiara it was.
And i think it was stated in the Robert's book that the frame of the Vladimir tiara hade to bee made entire new because it was so old and fragile.
