Don't know if it's the same but I see some similarities

Looks like a dark stone brooch made of a triangle stone where two drops hanged from a larger rectangular one.






In the 2 photos above from the same session, the Queen wore it with two other lozenge shape brooches at her corsage (probably made of the same stone as the collar brooch).
