I would assume that a Queen has an entire collection of rings to choose from and then some, so it is a possibility they may have different rings but some of the same stone color. I saw a while back that a past Danish Queen cant recall which one now' but she had a collection of every hue of color ring and it can be viewed in I think a museum or where the royal jewels are kept. The late QEQM was proposed with a large sapphire ring but thereafter started to wear a large pearl diamond surround ring and then the believed ring the PoW proposed to his second wife the DoCorn with. In pictures one will see both QV and her daughter in law PA PoW wearing multiple rings although the black and white photos makes them look undecipherable. QE2 is also reported to have an unseen but very large collection of personal rings as well.
