Re: King George V's Silver Jubilee - May 1935 - Court balls
Wonderful to have some details from these other events too. They must have been such grand affairs. Interesting to see Lady Maud Carnegie's jewels described in that kind of detail at both events. I suspect for the Court Ball on 14th May she wore a fringe tiara and for the one on 13th June the tiara she is said to have received from her grandmother Queen Alexandra.
