The Duchess of Cornwall has not worn a Tiara but is wearing her Modern Diamond Earrings, the Royal Family Order of Queen Elizabeth II, and a Diamond Star of the Order of the Garter at tonight's Dinner for the Commonwealth Heads of Government in Rwanda! The Diamond Star appears to be smaller than the Diamond Stars worn by the Queen or Queen Mother, but does look like an antique piece.  |
