Does anyone know anything about the Brooch or Badge worn by HM during the farewell dinner from her trip to Ghana in 1961.
Here is a link to the best photo I could find.
The item in question is pinned below her RFOs and above her Garter Star.
My guess is it might be related to a Ghana Order or Honour - but I can't find anything
