I am pretty sure that it is HM's Diamond Baguette and Brilliants Bracelet - or as I call it her "Bags & Brills".
This bracelet was a gift from her father in 1949.
It features a row of baguette cut diamonds down one side and two rows of paired brilliants down the other side with a "twist" in the middle
