I came across this on Ebay, an auction catalogue from 1988 showing Princess Michael sold a tiara at Christies.

It was not a particularly beautiful or valuable piece (based on the auction estimate) but it was very clearly historical with no doubt an interesting provenance - I assume it came from her family given she descends from nobles in the Austro-Hungarian empire.

It wouldnt have suited many royal women in the late 20th century but if anyone could have pulled it off, I suspect Princess Michael could have.

Does anyone recall if she was ever photographed wearing it?
