I believe that the brooch worn by Queen Camilla is one from Queen Mary's collection. I have done a post on it on Instagram.

Since Crowne has posted such wonderful photos, I won't try to compete --& will just post a couple so a comparison can be made.

I think that Queen Camilla was wearing the brooch which can be seen on Queen Mary in the photo below.
